Terms of Use

Last updated: May 2026

Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, or using aclock (“the App”), you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, do not use the App.

License

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the App on your personal devices for personal, non-commercial purposes, subject to these terms and applicable app store rules.

Your Responsibilities

You are responsible for how you use reminders (e.g. medical, safety, or time-critical tasks). You must comply with local laws and device policies when configuring permissions such as notifications, battery optimization, and auto-start.

Disclaimer

The App is provided “as is” and “as available.” We do not guarantee that reminders will fire under all circumstances, including but not limited to: device power off, extreme battery saving, OEM restrictions, revoked permissions, or system updates. We are not liable for any loss, damage, or inconvenience caused by missed or delayed reminders.

Intellectual Property

The App, its branding, and bundled assets are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reverse engineer, redistribute, or resell the App except as permitted by law or store license terms.

Changes

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. The “Last updated” date will indicate the current version. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

Termination

You may stop using the App at any time by uninstalling it. We may discontinue or modify the App without prior notice where permitted by law.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws applicable in your jurisdiction of residence, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, except where mandatory consumer protections apply.
